Community Outreach at Summer Kickback Event

July 22nd, Urban Triage hosted its 3rd Annual Summer Kickback. This is a free event for the Madison area community members to come together to celebrate their culture and identity. This year approximately 1000 people attended and enjoyed family-friendly fun, music, food, and games.

Several community organizations attended the event and were able to educate the community about the services they provide. In attendance from Orion was our own Laura Stalder (Board of Directors), Michelle Howard (Mental Health), Niquanna Barnett (Mental Health), Laurel Leggiere (Mental Health) and Kim Heimann (Community Services). We love being able to attend events likes these as a way to interact with and give back to our community. We hope to see you there next year!
